We suggest that all members of the group renting and staying a the cabin read the reservation information and the rental agreement. Guest Policy: This cabin sleeps a maximum of 10 people (adults or children) If you bring more humans than agreed upon by your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund and/or charged an extra $10 per human per night. - All guests must be 18, except children accompanied by their parents - Quiet time in the resort is 11 pm - 8 am - Respect Our Home -The cabin is equipped with Wi-Fi and all TV’s have Roku streaming devices. Remember to bring your own passwords for your streaming services. -There are no pets allowed at Morning Star Cabin. We love pets dearly and have a dog of our own but, we strive to keep this cabin in top shape for our guests so we leave our dog at home as well. -All trash must be secured in the bear-proof receptacle on the deck. You may not leave any trash on the deck or in front of the cabin. This will attract wild animals. - Maintenance is not available during your stay unless it's an emergency. If something is broken it's because the previous guest didn't tell us. If you see something, say something. -Any issues or damages to the cabin should be reported as soon as possible. - Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate October-March, give or take, depending on the weather. - The hot tub will have been professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. All Children must be supervised while using the hot tub. - We have stocked the cabin with many items including start-up supplies. However, depending on the length of your stay, you may need to supplement with your own, such as toilet paper, paper towels , etc. - The cabin has a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. A starter supply of coffee grounds and pods are provided but, you may need to provide more of your own as needed. -This resort features paved, mountain roads. The roads are very well maintained. During inclement winter conditions, the roads are treated for ice, plowed, and usually open for travel by 11 AM. - The parking in front of the cabin is on an incline. There are 2 parking spaces available in front of the cabin. You may park parallel to the cabin or pull in at an angle in front of the cabin. Do not park in front of other cabins. Parking in front of other cabins will put your car at risk of being towed. Your reservation includes a non-refundable damage waiver that will cover up to $300 in accidental damages that may occur during your stay. If something breaks during your stay, just let us know before you check out and it will be covered. Damages above $300 will be the responsibility of the guest.
